Digicel Carribbean Cup - Come on the HEAT!

This started at the weekend and things are getting better and better for Wes and the Vincy Heat!!

In their first match they beat Guyana 2-0. Guyana were unbeaten in their previous 14 international matches and qualified for the tournament with a 100% record.

They are playing Cuba tomorrow night and Guadeloupe on Friday. The top 2 qualify from the group for the final round but also qualify for the Concacaf Gold Cup! Unfortunately this will be taking place from the 6th to 24th of June so Wes could miss a few league games if they do qualify!
I phoned the speaking clock to hear a voice speak, it said - "At the tone you will be very much alone"

I think this site should support Montserrat, they're not in it this year because they are developing their u17s but Montserrat is very Irish. St Paddy's Day is a national holiday there on their flag is 'Erin' so they're basically your (and perhaps mine as well) brothers, and Montserrat is often referred to as the Emerald Island of the Caribbean, due both to its resemblance to coastal Ireland and to the Irish descent of most of its early European settlers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montserrat

Am looking for old Irish matches on VHS, PM me if you have some and I'll upload them here

The people of Montserrat are notoriously tight.

Being in the US, I see some Caribbean footie on the tv and I've seen some highlights of the Digicel Cup. SVG are in good shape to reach the semis thus qualifying them for the Gold Cup in the US in June.

"Ooooohhhh Nooooooo" Bobby Robson 91st minute.

So SVG lose their last two games and are out of the Caribbean Cup and thus out of June's Gold Cup.
