Billy and Horgan are out of contract. It has not been confirmed whether they will be released and it's likely that they will remain once the new owners come on board. If the thread is about confirmed player movements, may I suggest you correct your post.

    Isn't Billy Woods retiring?
Hold on I'm not sure whether that was reality or in FM2007.

Not heard that. Would be a shame as had one of his best seasons in years. Due to our thin squad he probably played a lot more than many expected.

As with a lot of part-time players they on year to year contract. Horgan been like that for years to give him flexibility with his legal studies. neither of those players listed have been "released".

Not confirmed just rumours a of yet.

Both out of contract. Billy said he will retire if he is not offered a new contract

Also Conor O'Grady(), Michael McNamara and Sean Flannery. All released due to not been able to commit to full time.

As for Billy Woods, I remember reading somewhere that if he's not offered another contract with Cork, then he'll retire as he has no interest in playing for another club.
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.
