I can't recall who scored but I'm sure it was Feb '91, as it was our last friendly before the trip to Wembley in March.

I'm 16, have 1/32nd Irish ancestry, but I still managed to become a fan, though only 5/6 years ago. My knowledge basically goes back to a little bit before Jack Charlton came, and the rest is a jumbled mess, with Eamon Dunphy and Don Givens and Eoin Hand in there

Yep, you're right... Was just going to correct myself...

John Byrne is well up there in the list of most underrated Irish players, though. Remember him scoring twice out in Turkey as well in '91.
