playing it safe there summervilleman surely ye'l hit croom for 6 they are a 3B side at best......
Corbally and Star to win handy,C'davin to beat Wembly and Balla to get an away point.shock of the day could be Shannon beating 2nd placed H'stown..
Shannon have picked up a lot since the start of the season and have had some great results lately..... I expect it will be a tough and tight game that could go either way....also, it it a month since we had a serious league game, so may be a little off the pace....
No harm in playing it safe SEE'S IT but as slong as we get the 3 points i will be happy....we don't have a good record playing out there.....Yes shannon and herbertstown to be a tight game¬¬¬

I wouldnt say we have a handy one, considering the majority of our team have nearly all played perviously with the Dines so they will be up for it.
Ex Dines players in our squad are.
Ger Collopy, Peter Clarke, Derek Hannon, Alan Morton, Glen Walters, Len O'Grady, Derek (Bilko) Mc, John Barry.........so it wont be that easy.
Any win will do us, as long as we get the 3pts we'll be happy.

not to many of them players have played for ye in the last few games.Geraldines have nobody im expecting them to roll over and lose by 3 or 4.....

gonna be tough one for us against caherdavin, majority of our team have played with caherdavin (barry dillion, dave liston, david quinn, damien collins, john dunworth, mike dunworth, morgan lewis, pa sheehan) and scoolboys played with by a few more for a couple of seasons. so i would take any win against them to move us up a small bit expect eveyone else around us to win so if we dont get 3 points def out of it for promotion
8 ex C'davin thats abit mad Balla and Coonagh have alot of ex C'davin aswell.who plays for C'davin now so if 3 teams in the league have aload of there ex players.....
Coonagh have a few ex-Caherdavin alright. Think Balla have only 1 though after they lost most of their players, Keith O Donnel. The caherdavin team is still made up of players that came through schoolboys with them. They always had a good schoolboy setup. Not sure what its like now though.
You can add Graham Carey and Dave Costelloe to that list as well, thats a total of 10ex Dines players in our squad.
And to answer your question,
Ger Collopy failed to show up for the last 2 games but was back training this week,
John Barry and Derek Hannon are suspended until further notice from the FAI.
Peter Clarke is injured, but all other players mentioned have being playing all along.

yesterday's results went according to most predictions....very tight at the top now with a lot of teams still in the hunt.....mid-week games going to have a big bearing on how this league turns out.....
