One way or another, it's definitely a better year already than last years debacle

    That's Not for Sure yet.

Plenty of time for teams to embarrass themselves in European backwaters, like Dublin.

I'll be happy if there's no score next week.

Course Derry have previously conceding 4 to a welsh team, but that was before their new setup

I would totally agree. But once the net score remains less than 4-0. You should be fine. Your opposition have their work cut out. There is no easy solution to this result for them.

No need to worry about Galway letting us down any time soon

We knocked Ekranes out in 2007 or so.

Now now. It's all in good fun.
I hardly thought what was going on here would have been a Red rag to a Bull.

It's high time some Bohs fans learn to laugh along with the rest of us and stopped taking things to heart!

Two years ago, bub. That's the one obstacle Croly has yet to fall at.

    More LOI in Europe Stats:

With 6 goals in 3 matches so far, it has already beaten last seasons total of 5 goals from 8 matches.

11th time a LOI team has scored 4 goals in a match, 13th time if you include 4 and 5 goals. 4 goals remains the biggest victory margin by LOI clubs.

4th time LOI teams have kept 3 clean sheets in a row (1978, 1997, 2004, 2014). 4 clean sheets in a row has never occurred. The next match is Aberystwyth Town v Derry City, so a possible chance for a new record.

6th time LOI teams were unbeaten in their first 3 games, last time was in 2010.

Since Sligo Rovers returned to European football in 2009, they have only scored 4 goals in their 10 matches, currently 3 games without a goal. They have only scored more than 1 goal in match on 2 occasions: 2 vs. Floriana (Malta) in 1994 & 3 vs. Nantes (France) in 1996. Thursdays match was their 4th clean sheet in Europe from 21 matches.

Were always pretty bad, had Crusaders to win that one, backing against baltic teams always worth doing.

I just hope that late goal doesn't come back to haunt you.

When was the last time we had 3 sides in the 2nd round?
    Here on a technicality.
