I would be fairly confident in saying this, but I'd say we are possibly the only country that does not show a game like this on TV.

There's no need for the game to be on tv, it's just basically a pre season friendly, there's only going to be about 400 people at it.
    Here on a technicality.

That's about 200 more than you brought to our game in Richmond in October

O'Neill and Keane will be there apparently. Should be enough to attract another 500 football fanatics hoping to catch a glimpse of the grumpy one.

And about 600 less than Pat's average attendance.

With some time and the right promotion it could be become a proper Super Cup experience. But right now I don't see enough interest to justify live coverage.

Might be something that would interest AerTV.

Yeah looking forward to it. It's only a friendly all the same (will obviously change my tone if we win).

Oh, aye and I was nearly at a home game as well but I spotted a junior GAA match on in a field on my way and went to that instead.

I know a good few who would have went just for the old school Sunday away train trip but the.4pm ko and the chance of penos makes it a bit of a squeeze to make out for the last train.

    D. North and K. Djilali are doubtful and G. Peers is out for Sligo, while Pats are without absences. Can you tell me something about the conditions of the pitch?
