British/Irish VPN

Anyone know of anywhere to get a cheap/free one? I don't need much bandwidth, 1GB max. I'd prefer Irish but would take British too.

You'll be doing well to get a free one. If you're looking for a good quality connection you'll have to pay. There's more uk ones available than Irish. Most people use them for iPlayer

Yeah I know free would be tough, there is one but I'm having trouble registering. I don't need it for iPlayer though. I wouldn't even need it to be that fast. I'm just not looking to pay $10 a month for 30 GB of bandwidth when I don't need nearly that much.
