Is the sum of the parts greater than the whole?

I would say not, not in this tournament anyway.
Collectively we were worse that the sum of the individual players talents.
Or can we say that by and large it was poor individual performance fron all of them?

Just give it a rest with new random threads everytime something pops into your head, Rainman.

It seems our performance at the Euros has pushed tricky_colour off the deep end. Either that or he actually means to post this thoughtless drivel at YBIG so he can fit in.

Actually I have never visited the forum there (until now), and I have to say I do much prefer the layout.
Also it seem a lot more active than this forum, which I don't find too surprising as it is far more readable.
So I will be signing up, so you should see a reduction in drivel here, unless you can manage to boost your own output that is..........

Hopefully I can think of a decent ID this time!!

    Maybe I will use yours!!

Yes I may well be gone for good, I have just been to the forum and it is actually very readable.
The treads have a starting poinit, I don't have to click on the end of a thread and have to try and find out
what is bing talked about. i click on one about robbie keane and it starts with him paying tribute to the fan who died.

Where as if I click on the thread here , I have to go back 10 years or start from
"i like that he rang the father beforehand "

And then try and work backwards from there, a total pain in the ass IMO, but some people here seem to like that.

Of course even if it is something I am not interested I have to do that, wasting my valuable time.

Now of course I am talking sense here, but I realise that does not go down too well with some of the posters
here (by no means all) so if you have another childish response keep it to yourself thanks.

And of course the thread there has two pages of responses to it where as the one here only has a couple
of responses. That is to be expected of course because no doubt many other people are sick
of the stupid way the forum is run and have quite understandably buggered of to greener pastures.

The way the forum is run is killing it, it must be the longest suicide in history!!

You can't find out about anything here, it is a total joke.

Ah another active poster, I have just bee further browsing the YBIG forum and it seem pretty
clear in comparison that this forum is virtually dead.
    The contrast is quite staggering.
This is a really badly run forum, I have always held that view and this pretty much confirms everything I have said.
Those running it seem to have no idea, they do everything wrong but still think they are right, it is something which has always baffled me.

Excellent, if this format ain't floating yer boat then go. No big deal, just do it.

By the way, there is a button here that takes you to the first unread post in each thread which would negate your need to work backwards though I have a feeling that working backwards is something you encounter regularly in everyday life....

Fact remains people are voting with their feet and that proves me right.
I have a feeling you are a POS.

And a look at your profile confirms that. Explains a lot.

I suspect the Big Crash of a few months ago stopped a few posting.

Let's not be too hasty Tricky. There's a Shakespearian Tragedy element to this. A long serving poster, brought down. Not due to malice or spite but for caring too much. Am I right in saying what caused this was a bit of stick for creating too many threads???

Let's all shake hands and tell Jeremy Kyle to F*ck Off!!!?

No it was caused by by some people complaining about what I post and where, I have as much right to post as anyone else
and I won't have people telling me what to do. If they don't like my post they don't have to read them.

But I decide where when and what I post. Nobody else.

If you don't like it - tough you will have to learn to live with it or at least provide a credible reason why I should
change because I am not the type to bow to bullies, never will be.

Might I humbly suggest though, you don't start so many threads?

Pointless posts like mine are one thing, but more & more obscure threads just clog the MB up...

    Sure you can suggest it.

Can I suggest if you don't like my thread that you don't read them?

I have to read hundred of posts I do not want to read because of the way the forum is run,
so what is the problem with skipping over my threads, I have to put up with a lot
more than you do in the way of forum annoyance.

Except I don't really care whether you post them or not. Just thought I'd ask on behalf of others.
