Julia Roberts kissed me (on the cheek!)
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

Three National Karate Championships, numerous county championships in Gaelic Football and numerous awards and medals in soccer. And the one I'm most proud of...I'm not from Sligo...
Did you ever notice that in every painting of Adam & Eve, they have belly buttons. Think about that...take as long as you want.

I won an All Ireland Vocational Schools Football medal without playing, or attending, a single game in the competition. Satisfying.
    I ran a Sports fanzine.
I won an Offaly County Championship.

I should mention that I met Trevor Stevens at an FAI Awards Dinner. He was an Agent for a Wednesday player at the time and we had a great chat and he even gave me his card :O He said I "knew a lot about football" but he was slightly inebriated at the time. We exchanged e-mails for a while but the player eventually left Wednesday and our correspondence soon dried up (i.e. he put me on his spam list). I also had drinks with Aldo and Houghton in a bar in the USA during the World Cup (well, I was in the same bar as them). I also had my photo taken with Trappatoni at a function. They are probably my only claim to fame on the football front.
Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.

I got Hull promoted two seasons running, getting them into the Premiership, where I then moved to Man City and narrowly missing out on the Championship while in the process helping Carlton Cole to a European Golden Boot.

I won the Setanta, League, FAI Cup and the title with Derry City in one year.
