McGeady plays in Keane who squares it for Doyle but defender takes it off his toe before he can shoot.
2-0 HT. Been a while since we've got a chasing like this at home.
Completely outclassed in that half. Paul Green ain't up to this level.
Its not over yet, we had some chances at the end there
Just horrible. Where to start. From the front Doyle has been playing the way he has for Wolves most of this season. Not very well. Seems to be lacking a bit of confidence and should have gotten to that last chance. mcGeady for me has been our best player. He is our only outlet. Lawerence can't get into the game. Whelan has been worse than Green and looks like he is playing with weights tied to his ankles. Whelan also at fault for the first goal by ball watching. The best thing that can be said about that first half is we are not down by more goals. I still feel if we can get McGEady into the middle a bit more he can supply the chances for Keane especially. Lawerence sometimes gets a second wind in games so would not rule him out yet. We need an early goal but it is now more in hope than conviction.

Awful first half. Apart from McGeady, we have been rubbish going forward. Dunne and St Ledger are not instilling me with confidence either. Bring on Coleman for Kilbane and move JOSH to the left. We need more going forward from the back. Green and Whelan have been useless so far too. God I hope they come out a different team for the 2nd half, or else this could be embarrassing.
Can't believe anyone would think McGeady was good in that 1st half!

Hopefully we'll see Andrews and Rowlands in the middle against Norway...good idea bringing on Long whose only goal this season is a penalty
