Maybe Givens isn't aware he's injured?
Been recalled to the Under 21's by Given according to the Indo. Lucky that injury wasn't as bad as appeared last week. If Don Givens is patching things up with players maybe there's hope for Andy Reid yet!

Maybe Givens isn't aware he's injured?
He played last weekend so unless he has a fresh injury he should be ok.
Always look on the bright side of life
last I heard he was gonna be out for 6 months so that must be a massive relief to the lad
Its really not that complicated!!!
I didnt realise that Treacy and Givens had fallen out, jesus how many players is that now that Givens has fallen out with? McCann, Ireland, Connolly and Treacy are the ones that spring to my mind. Thank god he's only ever been involved with the senior squad on a caretaker basis.
Glad to hear Treacy's injury was not as bad as first thought. This is a key time in his development, and missing 6 months could have really put his career in jeopardy.
Treacy's goal from the weekend here on 2:20: http://www.skysports.com/video/clips...088764,00.html
Suicidal backpass from St Ledger just before it as well
Not a bad goal in the League Cup this week

Am looking for old Irish matches on VHS, PM me if you have some and I'll upload them here
Its a cracker !
I was never impressed with him in the few appearances he made for Blackburn in cups and that, but he looked like he could be an interesting option when he played against Argentina. Added the sort of kick we're used to with Stephen Hunt.
I don't know about his overall game but he showed some of the key attitudes, that he is a confident player with some ability and that was coming on against a team like Argentina. I was impressed with his debut. He could be the the type of player who would do well coming on against Armenia. I'm glad he is in the squad.
Came off injured in his match against Sheffield Utd. earlier.
We could be in serious trouble in terms of available wide players for the upcoming two qualifiers.
Trap has used Long, Keogh and Fahey in wide positions, so in his head I'm sure he feels comfortable enough. While Keogh and Fahey haven't particularly impressed me, I must say that Shane Long has always looked an interesting option for us out wide in his few cameos.
He's having a great first half against Burnley on BBC2 at the moment. Hit the frame of the goal before a peach of a finish coming in from the left.
It should say BBC2 17:00 The Keith Treacy Show
Yea I have been watching some of that, he beat the offside by a mile and his goal was
first class, a precision shot few players would have made
Great cross for third goal too, must be MOM.
Where is he playing on the left wing?
