This site is excellent and they have decent info on the LoI, only goes back to the mid-90s though

I've been looking into the history of Limerick teams in the League of Ireland, from 1937 onwards, that is. Wikipedia has the league tables for - from what I've seen - each season since 1937, with games won, goals scored and conceded... I was wondering is there anywhere I could look for an overview of results from seasons past?
Help appreciated.

Am looking for old Irish matches on VHS, PM me if you have some and I'll upload them here
Cheers, that's the kind of detail I'm look for.
I don't suppose RTÉ would be worth giving a shout to? They probably deleted any such records pre-1990's a long time ago...
This book has every scoreline up to 2005

Dodge, I could kiss you!
Was just about to post the same link until I saw Dodge's post.
Will add a recommendation instead. Get it now, it's just an excellent little book.
I got it from amazon at the start of the year and there's hardly been a week gone by that I haven't had to dig something out of it.

That book looks pretty good but I never bought it myself as it only covers league results and FAI Cup results from quarter finals on, so no League Cup, Shield, City Cup, Top 4, European, or All Ireland competition results, and no early rounds of FAI Cup. Also no dates for league games. Better than nothing though.
Niall McSweeney's book published in 1985 has all results, dates etc of all competitive matches played by LoI clubs up until that year.
The bad news is that it is out of print and the only one I ever saw on ebay went for over €30.
It is a superb reference and badly needs to be updated.
