I think Keane has spent too much of his career surrounding himself with familiar players and coaches, the list is endless. In fairness Ronnie W. down in the Hellenic world wouldn't have been such a big surprise as he'd a holiday apartment for a long time, had his business/residency there etc. For Roy, I can see him do a good job. He'll be away from the nonsense of English football, will get stuck in and grow. If he sticks it to the end of the season he'll have taken a step up in his career.
I don't know, I can see him spending the rest of his managerial career over there, maybe moving upstairs as director of football when he's an old sage. If I was in his position right now, I'd take any crumbs I could get.
