Under 21, think he's only 19 was with Plymouth Argyle but came home last year and played with Sligo U-21's if my research is correct?
Ya think that's right. He used to play for castlebar iirc. He was good when I was younger and I saw him playing recently and he was impressive,scored a class goal.
Sligoman is the A Team expert. He should know.
I think he was a youth player at Castlebar Celtic, then was brought over to England by Plymouth in 2007. Played in the reserves for them, joined Casltber Celtic in June 2008 and I think went to Sligo in September/October and played with the U-20 Team. He was also involved with Ireland U-18s.
with seamus coleman possibly leaving, i would have thought that ye might have kept him.
have known tom since he was young and he is a very good attacking full-back with great pace and is a very good footballer also. good signing for longford.
