The 90's was a pretty good decade for movie's, my list in sort of the right order would be:
    Pulp fiction
    T2
    Goodfellas
    Shawshank
    Resevoir dogs
    Braveheart
    Usual Suspects
    Dumb and Dumber
    Trainspotting
    Casino
    Leon
    Falling Down
    Fargo

Compared to the 90's this decade has been pretty poor, for me not 1 movie of this decade would make the top 10 of the 90's

dumb and dumber is definitely one of, if not, the top comedy movies of all time. A worthy mention in my opinion.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

Is that his autograph? I know he was a child actor, but surely he could do better than that.

Not a mention of the wonderfully titled "Never Ending Story 2" from 1990 either.

A few others I'm not sure got a mention yet:

    Kalifornia
    True Romance
    Swimming with Sharks
    Desperado
    Shallow Grave
    12 Monkeys
    The Game
    Devils Advocate
    U-Turn

I agree that 'There's something about Mary', 'Event Horizon' and 'The Last boy scout' are strange choices and would be nowhere near my top 10 but Dumb and Dumber was the best comedy of the 90's for me whilst I thought Casino was a very good film, not quite as good as Goodfellas but still probably worthy of making the top 10

    "SHUT UP, LISTEN AND LEARN!"
Apprentice: " em David Lean is dead."
Kevin Spacey character (stops shaving abrubtly: " Never say he is dead...just say he's unavailable."

Was it a play originally, it has that claustophobic look to it.

If you don't like that movie you should seriously reevaluate your life...its Home Alone 1 except with Tim Curry, Rob Schneider, Maggie from Angels in the Outfield, and Roy Hodgson

That reminds me of another great movie,

Schneider is still wanted by a tribunal in Geneva for crimes against cinema...
