    Question Todays Decision

Hiow did todays decision go for ye? Or is there any update yet?
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

third time. Its no big deal, happens in a lot of cases. It is pretty frustrating though.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

What is this about? If Bohs lose the case, what could potentially happen to them?

The sale of the ground collapses .They would have to pay damages to Albion, Pay all parties costs and Liam Carroll would be able to look for a refund of the monies he has already forwarded to Bohs.

The Sean Connor case was rumoured to be settled out of court but it is still listed and this is another potential big pay out for the big club.

That is my take also. The big issue is that Carroll can claim Bohs pulled out of the deal so look for refund. If Bohs win the case he would probably kill the deal anyway but Bohs keep the cash they received so far.

    any update???

from my admittedly very limited knowledge are the following the two potential outcomes:

    1. Ruling against Bohs = deal collapses, repay monies as breach of contract (or something similar), Bohs go to the wall.

    2. Ruling for Bohs = carroll pulls out of deal as different climate than when agreed (no penalty as contract not signed anyway), Bohs keep monies paid to them so far. Bohs forced to re adjust their spending for next season as revenue stream dried up.
