I watched the Wales game earlier on and Bellamy missed a peno and 7 clear cut chances. The commentators wanted to contact the Guinness book of records. Wales played well and have a chance of coming second in this group. They have some very good players coming through.

The challenge was in poor spirit as the game was beyond Northern Ireland by that point. Think it was Ljubijankic that was fouled and he looks like he will miss the game against the Czechs next week.

Yeah I know Wenger and other layed into the Birmingham lad for the tackle on Eduardo but I was never convinced at the time that he went to "do" him but Evans certainly went to "do" the Slovenian.

i agree 100% neil, talyors tackle on eduardo was mistimed as much as anything else but evans made no effort to get the ball at all
Evans tackle was disgraceful, I think Fergie might have had a word in his ear last week, if he picked up yellow here, he was suspended in the San Marino game.

Stayed up to see the re-run. Absolutely disgusting. Screw the stupid rule about not being able to give extra punishment to players who are booked. He should get a lengthy ban. This is just not acceptable!!
