Well, Mickey McNamara is at a loose end...........
An excellent player and still very young with bags of potential. Very disappointed to see him go. Hope everything goes well for him.
Do you think someone should tell them they have signed Jamie?

If he can get all those names right then the football will be no bother!
from Sligo Rovers.com:
Sligo Rovers have announced the departure of Jamie McKenzie and Anto Murphy. Jamie McKenzie has signed a two year deal with Cypriot side Apollon FC Limassol and Anto Murphy has signed a deal with Bohemians.
McKenzie joined Rovers in 2006 as a 19 year old and has matured into a very effective centre back, however his appearance have been limited this season with the blossoming of the Peers / Almeida central defensive partnership.
Anto Murphy arrived from St Pat's in the close season. Settling in very quickly, he produced a number of man of the match performances in the centre of the park.
Sligo Rovers would like to thank both players for their service to the club and wish them all the best for the future.
Disappointed to see Jamie go...
Good solid player...

Didn't know Jamie was into the chess.
They're two different clubs! so who has he signed with? I cant see an official website for Aris Limassol FC.
He's not on http://www.apollon.com.cy/en/transfers.php so I presume your correct, he of Sligo.

Bit like saying he's signed for Manchester United.....oh, no, sorry, I meant Waterford United.
