I never heard so much crap in my life. No way Cork deserved a win last Saturday.

LESS OF THE BULL NOW!
but thats city all out. ''devine didnt have much to do''? well he had more to do than our keeper.
''they(rams) got a few bookings, we didnt'', well from where i was city did have players booked.
''a few bobbly backpasses'' a referrence to the pitch, he says hes not blaming the pitch, but at the same time he is. wait til they see the showgrounds, and finn park on a rainy night, then they'll have grounds to complain. and the fact of the matter is ramblers were doing the better passing, city didnt use the pitch as they were long balling for most of the night, thats the influence of mcgee.![]()
Mooney was definetley booked for diving and I think there were 2 other City bookings.

Sorry guys for hi-jacking this thread but my question is regarding Rico. Its seems hes our number one target to replace T Cousins, who himself (in a relatively short managerial career) has managed the art of bluffing better than of managing 11 men on the park. Do the Cork fans think he can do a job for us up West? Assuming he is interested of course.

Ya, comes highly recommended.
I wouldn't be surprised if he held out for a dub job though.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.
O'Bama - "Eerah yeah, I'd say we can alright!"
G.O'Mahoney Trapattoni'll sort ém out!!
He's turned us down anyway for precisely what your post predicts. He's in the process of moving back there.

Pat Dolan was a bigger bluffer. He is the man who poo pooed CCFCs title chances in 2005 a week before the season kicked off. One of his main reasons was the first game was away to Finn Harps, and that was too far.
But without wanting to have that can of worms opened, Mathews was never going to slate the team. It was a typical post match interview where the manager is holding his cards close to his chest. I certainly would not read too much into it.
Or are you suggesting that Ramblers are actually a better side?
