Fantastic win for Munster today, and a bonus point to boot. The win could have been by more as well. I just want to know what game Reggie Corrigan was watching to award the MOTM to one of the Auvergne players?
Ulster haven't even got a slight chance.
Pity one of the other irish teams didn't get the group ulster got! Munster will probably somehow qualify. Ogara looks to be returning to form and they have the usual strong pack. Howlett should give them something in the backline(even though he isn't coming until january). With leinster its hard to know but personally i don't see them getting out of such a tough group.
I also think clermont auvergne are a great bet and i can see them getting to the final at least.
The French want to win their league first and foremost, everything else including the Heineken is very much secondary which in reality devalues the whole thing. Clermont didnt travel to Munster with their best team and Bristol turned over Stade. It is between Wasps and Munster to come out of this group and the game at Thomond between the two will decide the ultimate winner.
Strange Clermont team but good win by Munster even if not firing on all cylinders. New stand looks weird...
Hopeless performance by Leinster in the 2nd half. Trying to go wide with every ball was terrible tactics & forwards anonymous.
At this stage Connacht could finish above Ulster in the Celtic League.
Well, it is only at a very early stage of re-development. See here for what the finished product will be.

You'll NEVER beat the Irish.......you'll just draw with us instead!!!
After the first 10 minutes I thought Leinster were going to have a good game but once Toulouse got going there was no stopping them. At least Jennings looks like a decent signing that will strengthen the forwards. As for Kearney surely there are better options that him out there? He was terrible.
You're having a laugh, aren't you? He was by far the most industrious of the Leinster backs, made one howler that gave up a try, but apart from that he tackled well, ran when he could and was the only Leinster back that showed a bit of passion and backbone on the night. Maybe you're confusing him with Shane Horgan, who actually was terrible on the night.
Kearney had an excellent game, one mistake doesn't change that. Compare his involvement to Shaggy's.
I'm a bit worried about that young half back. He looks about a year too young to be playing at this level and he's going to have to learn fast. Some players respond well to that kind of pressure and others don't.
