Are you admitting defeat in the fans fickleness stakes?

Thats about the only thing you've won recently!

Anyway, you'll have your chance to have a pop at the poisoned dwarf soon enough if rumours are anything to go by.....

No, the Notorious Boo Boys were chanting "We want Nutsy out" up in the Brandywell last month, so we're taking credit for this one.

I heard that Fenlon has genuine personal reasons for leaving, while things havent gone according to plan.
I also heard that Gorman is well respected on the training ground and they have been working non stop to try and put things rite.

I read a few comments from the Harps fans, they make me laugh!

Gorman had a better record at Harps than Hegarty, funny and they ingratiate themselves in abit of turmoil at Derry, sad

You should have asked for our help, could've got rid Farrelly for you in a few weeks. Leave it to the experts next time.

Should have remembered that. I've tried to block that night from my memory. Mainly because of the sight of you in a thong!

Dont think we would have had the dollars for Fenlon. Would have been nice though, he would have done something about the pitch.

Please explain why you think this?

His tactical awareness, his signings, his team selections and his attitude leave a lot to be desired imo. He had one lucky european run with Shels against a torn apart Split and a 0-0 draw to a La Coruna side in turmoil. He bought all the best players in the league and turned them into useless feckers.

Perhaps Derry will take Paul Hegarty from us? We will pay them compo to do so

I cannot believe people are suggesting Peter Hutton and even Gorman on here. What is Hutton's past experience as a manager? As far I heard the players are fighting among each other; would you really put an existing player in charge?

I know very little about Derry City, who are the major contenders to take the job?

Fenlon and Linfield would be good for eachother.
Mightn't need to move there either.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

Isnt Jeffries only part time at Linfield though? I always thought he worked as a social worker (or something similar) based in Belfast as his full time occupation and the part time set up suited him!? Would he be willing to give that up to manage Derry!?

Yeah that was one of the reasons he wasn't interested in the Bohs job.

As a Derry fan id welcome David Jeffries, but think the club need to look at someone outside the country, bring new faces in, and get rid of the trouble makers in the club, no 1 player is ever bigger then DCFC, so ship them out.
