we are down to the last 20 teams left in the FAI from Limerick and I think the winners of the next round (to leave 5 teams) will be going out of town.

If they stay away from each other in the next round draw then, we could have some top teams representing us in the out of town stages, ie, Balla, Boro, Pike, Regional, Carew, View etc.

But chances are one or two of them will be paired against each other and we will end up with some lower division team getting out of town, like we did last season,

Old Keeper, Can you confirm that it is 5 Limerick teams going out of town??

Murroe 1-5 Regional Utd.
Shelbourne F.C. 1-2 Abbey Rovers
Hill Clt. 1-3 Carew Park
Geraldines F.C 0-4 Pike Rovers
Janesboro F.C. 7-1 Coonagh Utd
Kenneny Park 0-6 Fairview Rangers. 4-0 Hyde Rangers
Summerville F.C. 3-1 St.Patricks
Wembley Rovers 3-2 Shannon Town
Ballynanty Rvs 3-0 Herbertstown
Mungret Regional 2-2 Aisling/Annacotty (A/A to win on pens)

Last 10 standing
Regional, Abbey, Carew, Pike, Boro, View, Summerville, Wembley, Balla, A/A

Which means one of the 6 big teams have to go before they get out of town (if it's 5 teams that go out of town).

My 5 for out of town are Balla, Boro, Pike, Regional & View

I think every player in Limerick should have the opportunity to play in the FAI outside Limerick, you were defending Star's involvement in the comp last year and now you are knocking that achievement?? Why?

I think you have taken me up wrong,
When I said "as we did last season" I meant we as in Star,
I am not knocking Star Rovers, I play with them,
I am just saying we will more than likely have a team from outside the Prem going out of town. (nothing at all wrong with that)

AA should have no probelms against Mungret this weekend - what makes u think they will draw and aa will go through on penos,

i think ; abbeyvale u and i both know that any team outside the prem will not last long in the fai fact,and y u think its a good idea ,is just plain old jealous boots .star are gone gone gone and wont even stay up so u shuld be more concered about ur team than trying 2 wind up some proper teams

on this site.

I think it will be good for the rest of LIMERICK Junior football for a club outside the Prem to get out of town, and yes they porb wouldnt get very far, but as far as winning it goes obviously the more Prem teams out of town from Limerick the better.
No jealousy boss, just hope one of our representitives go as far as possible.

As for us getting relegated, put your money where your mouth is.

probably,it seems 50% of the players have an issue some way or another and as i said before he will not last the season.

are you involved with a team a lot of managers are strugling first season he is top of the league bet you o connor and the balla manager wud love to be up there im sub and i dont have any issues im getting my fair share of games we signed a lot of quality players dat would walk on every premier team

your are spot on...about the rumor anyway...Alan had in a good training session last night with Pike..almost back from his injury that has kept him out for 6 weeks +
