He won't start as it will be my Borussia "darling" Marcell Jansen!

Marcell is a great talent (like McGeady). Arsenal & Hamburg offered € 10 million for him, but Borussia thankfully refused.

Arne Friedrich had his 1st training session today and is supposed to be the 2nd central defender near Manuel Friedrich. He's not top-fit and both guys didn't ever play together...so it should be very dangerous for Germany and a big advantage for you.

Not only against Sweden but also against Portugal at the WC. I'm curious how he'll cope with Aiden...

German Tim - Do you reckon (in the last 20 years or so) Germany have fielded a weaker defence in a competitive match to the one which will play against us?

    Hmm, let me answer that....No!

But on the other hand we are not really a defending team anyway, you might find that Ballack and Frings might both be in defensive roles in this game as we sometimes prefer to rely on speed and technical skills to simply bypass the midfield.
