Dundalk away is just shocking, no idea how that will pass for a PD licence next year if we go up. It should be closed off full stop, sort a temp stand behind that goal area, one was there for 2014 LC final v Rovers and final league game v Cork C same season, looked great, but no idea if finances are there for it now, probably not.

Always felt though, what Pats and Shels have to offer (granted its behind a goal) is not too much better for a terrace going fan, both uncovered and wide open to the elements also.

Drogs away is a decent enough view and the cover adds to the atmosphere, but the steps are very high, was there a few times when a good few surged forward, can be dangerous.

true enough re Pats and Shels but at least youve a good view of the pitch.
Such a shame they took the cover down in inchicore, added to the atmosphere as well as providing cover

Yeah I’d always pay the extra fiver to go in there. Great view.

Defo in the minority but I don't mind the away end in Oriel at all

It will be missed when its gone!! Any area whee you cant get shelter when it rains isnt good, other than that going to football matches isnt about heated chairs with playback monitors. Morton had a good terrace on one side but was horrible when it rained, perfect when the sun was shining.

The view in Drogheda is AWFUL due to that ridiculously high cage around the power box.
