Seems to be banging them in against the Civitavecchia Under 14s, or whoever it is that he's playing against in a training match tonight.
Here is a video of him scoring a lot of goals against some very poor opposition.

Won't say no to the confidence boost or the fans comparing him to Maradona in the comments![]()
Pretty sure I saw a flagon of Scrumpy Jack on the sideline.
Who is it actually against?
In fairness there was still a couple of very sharp looking finishes in there. The 4th goal in particular looked like Ferguson of 2 seasons ago
Its really not that complicated!!!
Starts and scores against Kaiserslautern.
Watching this friendly game against Kaiserslautern. Roma wearing that beautiful third kit. Ferguson just nicked one off the keeper and tapped it in. Looks sharp, seems to have gotten back that extra yard he was short of with West Ham. Some observations from the first twenty, he’s deployed purely up top, there’s no dropping into midfield to collect it. He’s sitting on the shoulder of the centre half and making little runs in behind and finding space. He hasn’t really been found yet, but I suppose his new team mates are getting used to him. Out of possession he’s man-marking the centre-half. Only coming back into his own half to defend corners so far.All very positive.
If you are good enough a forward, you shouldn't have to do too much defending ~ The opposition should be far more worried, about defending against you !
Hopefully it goes well for him, would be great to have an Irish player playing and scoring regularly at a huge European club. I remember last season listening James Horncastle talking to James Richardson about Roma and how it's the hardest club in Italy to play for. They were saying about 80% of Rome supports them, with newspapers and radio stations run by fans talking roma 24/7. Fans put massive pressure on players but what an opportunity for him, live in Rome and play in front of 62 thousand every home game.
