The way Rovers are, they'll finish as the 3rd most sendings off in a season.

I see Michael O'Connor has made a good impression at Finn Park.

"How we play is, we play intense and with physicality, we need to play like that because that's what our football back home demands, that's the way we play."

Why would he change a winning formula?

Enjoyable match and certainly not a typical preseason friendly. Brentford have an edge to their play. It could be tasty when they play Rovers at the weekend.

Very good pre-season game for Dundalk. The young-guns from Brentford definitely got stuck-in in the 1st half which was much to Dundalks surprise.
Dundalk matched their tempo 2nd half and fully deserved the win with two excellent goals.

Connolly hasn't set himself on fire for us yet and he needs to start doing that fast.
Hoban not even on a team sheet since he's got here is not a good sign

Great attitude from us on Wednesday though, side looks to be clicking together.

Some American club from Maryland. We played them during the week and won 4-0. I think Wexford played them too.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.

I was at our game against them on Tuesday. They came out for their warm up 15 min before kick off in tracksuit bottoms and their keeper was wearing our kit and played in tracksuit bottoms. They looked like a bunch of lads out for a game of Astro. We played crap and won 4-0 I actually said to the lads with me if pats played a full team they’d win 11-0, I wasn’t far off. Whoever invited these over needs to shake their heads total waste of time playing games like that.

Sure Sports were so comically bad, it started to get a bit awkward towards the end just watching it. They're no team at all. They really wouldn't be any better than you're average hungover Sunday League side. They looked like a group of mates who won a competition to play Pat's at Richmond in the final pre-season game.

No idea, but, unusually, they may let you down.

Exactly ! Seriously though, I don't think I've seen a weaker team at Richmond. It was so easy. Nothing learned from it in terms of the coming season, but on the other hand a nice run out with a few goals can't do any harm I suppose.
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.
