Calm yourself there. You could have explained your question better in the first place and I wouldn't have felt the need to be an obnoxious *****.

I gave you a simple answer to your question and you launched on the attack. No need to be getting personal.

1,652 in the Markets Field. Would have been more but the apes running Limerick soccer put a load of games down for the same time as the Limerick match.

This was a fair drop from Tuesday's near 4k crowd, but crowds usually drop when there is another home game so soon, plus it was a lower profile game with respect to Sligo. Our next two are also at home, will be interesting to see how those crowds compare, Sligo in the cup, then Drogs in the Lge.

Disappointing 759 at EDP, but given our poor home form and the fact half the county has decamped to Dublin for stick-fighting finals, it's probably understandable

This was Dundalk's lowest of the season, and I read on Twitter that the Dundalk FM lads came out with a belter on their take on the reduced crowd:

'Its a difficult night with everyone having to get washed and having a shower'

Not bad considering there was only about 30 from Drogheda. It's a long way to travel.

To be fair guys, drogs had around 100 up, considering their plight and high chances of a heavy defeat, that was more than I expected.

This (3,207) was a decent crowd for a match live on TV.

Younger fans that thought Drogheda were our main rivals during their successful period and us at our lowest ebb, have had a change of opinion and now see the Likes of Rovers, Pats, and currently Cork as main rivals. So Drogheda just dont have the draw that they had for a while for games in Oriel. So it was a good attendance all things considered.

Don't want to drag this out and if you thought 100 Drogs fans then work away.My Uncle counted them:36 on the away terrace.10 in the stand.22 miles up the road -no excuse!
