Played in a game last weekend. We made 99 ao. The opposition made 100 for 9 wickets off the last ball. Never played in a game like that before. When we totted their book though at the end it only came to 99 but we gave them the win because they probably could have made 2 off the last ball. Very few sports can actually come to ends like that (the miscounting aside).

That's one of the things I love about the game.

Disappointing result in the end but seriously it's an absolute joy as a cricket fan in this country to see the quality of those games and the size of those crowds.

It was repeated this evening. Brilliant documentary. Got me all emotional looking back at the Pakistan and England WC games.

Definitely worth watching for cricket and non-cricket fans alike.

I enjoyed it. Lots of focus on North County and Johnny Mooney to show cricket isn't just for toffs . I know a few of the North County characters who were interviewed. Not sure I ever saw him batting without pads as alleged.

Nice surprise to see Ireland v England in a one day cricket event.
Ireland doing okay so far, England losing wickets a plenty in the chase for 270 runs as Morgan has a nightmare gig so far.
This is Trent's last Irish appearance?
