His contract was always set to expire at the end of the season with them. He said its up in June and he is hoping to sign on with ourselves for at least the rest of the season.

edit: I suppose Rochdale still own his registration so they just loaned him until June.

Ya he is on loan to us, always was announced that he was signed on loan from Rochedale. He has been asked by a few people over in England was he coming back to Chester (who he was on loan to before us) and he said he is loving it here so is hoping to sign up with us permanently if a deal can be done.

The spelling of the former Shelbourne managers name was debated in depth on Twitter earlier believe it or not?

Shels website also went with - "Alan ' MATTHEWS ' Resigns" but have since amended his surname to 'Mathews' .

He was at Derry v Cork City last Friday night alright so he's in those parts. Would be a great signing for Harps.

Peter Hutton confirmed with a local newspaper that O'Flynn is training with the club.

Nothing concrete yet, but he's in having a look at the club, and the club are having a look at him with a view to signing.

Enda Curran and Derek O'Brien to Athlone from Salthill apparently.

Was thinking the other day that Curran would be a player I'd like to see us sign. Definitely too good for Salthill anyway.
