st michaels were trainin bank holiday monday evening so i presume they are gettin their heads down, plenty of time to celebrate in the summer, i wonder did "mr lewis" toss that coin?
Damn it, they avoided me so. Will they be sober by Wednesday night I wonder. Didn't think there was any discussion on venue for F.A.I. final - it was always going to be Turners Cross. Heard the F.A.I. tossed to decide who would wear green and white colours and St.Michaels won the toss so they will be in their traditional colours.

I see the poty nominations are up on the website, suprised by some of them in the premier division, i thought jim carr and paul breen would have been nominated but i suppose maybe they didnt want 3 from the one club all nominated. Chris higgins, ritchie ryan and sean o hara are the 3 nominations.
I reckon higgins will get it anyway due to the year michaels are havin and him also getting his international cap.
Noelie bourke, michael ivors and emmet ryan are the division 1 nominations...i think noelie might get this as he has had an outstanding season ,23 goals this year. He been in serious form all season.
Fair play to Tipp town fc for winning that cup on monday night...yee can give the V sign or maybe one finger to the roman emperor now, I would say he was delighted for yee that another team from the town won something and more importantly building something there! Fair play
I see the Oscar Traynor semi-final is on Sunday, TSDL away to Dublin A.U.L. Came kinda sudden. I presume the panel is the same. Will St.Michaels players be up for it? Pity its away at the A.U.L. Complex near Dublin Airport.
First Division Shield Final: Borris 2, St.Nicholas 2. Borris won on penalties. Good game, Borris led 2-0 with less than 15 minutes to go. St.Nicholas staged a marvellous comeback, hitting the equaliser on the stroke of fulltime. St.Nicholas missed their first two penalties - Borris missed none.
Yes, exciting game alright. Either team could have won in normal time with borris 2 up it looked home and hosed but nicholas with a gale behind them applied serious pressure and could have even won it in normal time.
Great season from borris though, league and shield champions. Lovely jubbly.
Anyone know the score in the michaels vs moyglass game the other night??
7-1 i thimk saints won. so its saints and celtic in tipp cup final, should be a good game of ball
if it wasnt for birds and booze id have played for ireland juniors!!!!!
Oscar Traynor semi-final; Dublin AUL 1, TSDL 0.
Had tsdl a full team out they did?
Congrats to glengoole on winnin the playoff final today, sounded like a good match, great year for them. Also, moyglass won again comfortable, i didnt think they would have it in them to win there remainging games to get 2nd place but looks like they might do it.
moyglass i think have oldbridge and ballingarry still to play 2 tough games. if they go up will have done it the hard way and fair play to them. no reason they cant do a wilderness on it next year and stay up in the premier if they are up for it and organised from the off
if it wasnt for birds and booze id have played for ireland juniors!!!!!
Wonder is it worth a trip to Cooke Park on Wednesday night to see the big two go at it,is there any bit of a kick left in Clonmel Town or has their season just petered out, there is a league to be won all the same, fancy Saints to have too much but might be a good game if Town have a rattle off them
is the game still going ahead wednesday night no fixture down on Tsdl website. Think its unfair if town have to wait any longer to play the game. The game should be played this wednesday
if it wasnt for birds and booze id have played for ireland juniors!!!!!
will be a good game. if town defend well no reason why they cant win it but saints are obviously going to be favourates for this game
if it wasnt for birds and booze id have played for ireland juniors!!!!!
I heard today that the game is off. It was only provisionally fixed.
Lovely, should be a cracker, would fancy Saints as well but you never know there is still a lot of good players in that Town dressing room,i hope its a feisty affair![]()
Clonmel town manager was in Carrick last week trying to sign some of our players for next season and were still playing out this season bad form if you ask me. i know he was told by some of the lads why would we take a step backwards!!!!
