Each of three times Bohs played Rovers in Tallaght the tickets allocated to us by Rovers sold out. Maybe GGAJD is referring to seats that Rovers held back from the allocation for a cordon of empty seats for games against us? Or maybe it was just a deliberately disengenuous post.

I think you'll find boez handed back over two hundred tickets for the first game in tallaght this year and the same for the last one in tallaght last year, that's not disengenuous, it's something I was told by a committee member.

Traditionally always a low crowd on the 12th weekend + Oxegen.
So if you think Bohs are big read this. http://www.astronomy.ie/perpespective.html

Would make sense alright. Every 2nd person I talked to at Oxegen seemed to be from Derry. Had a nice LoI sing song with a few Derry and Sligo fans too

I think I may have taken part in that little sing song Blue camp? Near enough the nokia live stage?

Back on topic, good crowd in the Showgrounds tonight. About 1700-1800 I would say.

Actually, no, I forgot the other 1700 in the other stand.

It was a game against - with all due respect - rather low-profile opposition with fairly few away fans in the middle of a recession, and it got about twice what Bohs are getting for run of the mill league games. What more do you want?

At the same time as the Bohs game there was between 7 and 8 thousand at the Limerick FC and friends v Sunderland game at Thomond Park.

Not strictly relevant I know but just thought I'd lob it in for anyone who wants a moan.
