Very odd that Derry wouldn't have the details today, but there you are.
Not odd when you know the rest of the story.

What's the deadline for the submission of the financial aspects of the FAI's domestic/Uefa Licence applications?

The deadline for submission is October 31st with the exception of financial information, which does not have to be submitted until January 31st.

Surely Dungannon would be able to get the info from Celtic if needs be?

Strange situation, in one way it would serve as a warning to other clubs to pay their dues but, on the other hand it would be a huge blow to the league and especially Harps if Derry were to be wound up.

No monies owed to players and transfers (or agreements made) I think by the 15th December

Fully audited accounts by the end of January

No obligation on Celtic to get involved as it stands and I am sure they would not want to get directly involved if they can avoid it.

So basically if there is not an agreed resolution to this by that date they will not be able to get get their Licience?

Given that this involves teams from 2 national associations "in practice" will be for Uefa to possibly decide not the FAI.

My guess would be that DCFC can get away with it if Dungannon make an agreement with them. Given that denying DCFC a license would mean that they have no hope of seeing their money, I'd imagine an accommodation will be reached. Much depends on DSFC's willingness to really play hardball, but given how badly they've been treated you never know.

I'd say they will defo play hardball, given they played the softly softly approach so far and got nowhere.

Iirc, Derry City's record with such agreements in the past with Dungannon isn't to good. I would guess that Dungannon would want to see the bulk of money prior to any Licence cut-off date.

I think if they are seeking a winding up order we can assume its well into hardball territory....

That'd be the biggest stretch since Monroe's "warm handshake".

According to today's Newspaper, Derry City have got until tomorrow afternoon to furnish the High Court in Belfast with the details of the transfer agreement relating to McGinn’s move to Celtic. This despite the fact that Derry pointed out that there is a confidentiality clause in the deal that stops them revealing details.

Northern Ireland edition of the Star on Sunday. The article is based on comments made by the chairman of Dungannon. He's not a happy camper!!!
