    I know.

The Development is key to the future funding of the club so the commercial side of the development will be considerable. I think they are considering closing the Lilywhite Lounge moving the bar to the new development and extending the dressing room area in the main stand..

No mention of the necessary rezoning or the ginormous shopping proposals already earmarked for the town. Looks like kite flying rather than a feasible proposal on first glance but best of luck. the site has always had obvious potential for something really progressive whilst retaining a decent little stadium.

Harps Stadium Situation Update at EGM:

    STADIUM WORK TO RECOMMENCE SHORTLY

On a separate front, shareholders also received an update on the Stadium project.*They were advised that while initial groundworks had progressed, that same had stalled over the last month or two while some legal documentation required by the Chief State Solicitor was being prepared.*The documentation is required to enable the first drawdown of grant funding approved by the Department.*Shareholders were advised that the paperwork was well advanced in this regard, and positive news on this front would be expected shortly.

Hard to say exactly but I think the aim would be 2 more seasons where we are and then move, that sort of timescale.

Significantly less than would fit between the stand and the pitch at the RSC

As Mr.A stated, it will be (hopefully) 2 seasons times the start of the 2012 season.
The structural work itself is fairly straight forward and quick, the longest part is the pitch which will need around 16-18 months before it's ready.
Im just glad work has started again, it was worrying there for a while.

Great stuff from Bohs,Future is bright and their worries are over.New home and a playing budget that will eclipse us all,who would have thought all that they had to do was hand over the deeds of Dalymount to a company in recievership and when said company cant complete deal just take them back and sell the lot to another developer in exchange for a spanky new home and monster budget. Now thats class.will shels be sharing?

I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
