Why do they restrict their student prices to third level? Full time postgraduate students are usually even more strapped for cash than third level students as they have to pay their tuition fees.. Very strange.
Also, it's a bit misleading saying 'approx. 20 games' when working out the value of the season tickets. There will be 18 homes games in next years premier division, no more and no less. FAI and League cup games cannot be covered by season tickets.

Thats good pricing alright. Its important to get the biggest crowds possible. How many do they hope to sell, I would imagine 1000+?
The price into LOI matches seems to be a thorny issue. Many people have mentioed that 15 euro is just too expensive to watch a football match on a regular basis, 9 or 10 euro seems fairer?

Just printed out the application form. Pricing is pretty good, think I'll go for unreserved and now to decide between singers end or quieter end!
Someone pointed out on another forum that it works out at about €17 for an adult and 2 kids per game with a family ticket. That's impressive.

Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.

I didn't notice anything that would prevent Post-Grads from applying for the Third-level season tickets; all they need is their Student ID.
At the bottom on the right it says that the 200 adult season ticket would cost 400 in terms of individual matches, but just above it states that Unreserved Adults will pay 15.![]()
It's a still a bit misleading to include friendlies though...
Maybe, but why not say third and fourth level? I found it a bit odd.
That's obviously incorrect. 18 league games at 15 a pop equals 270. A 70 saving is hardly the same as a 200 saving..
They are good prices though, especially when compared to what Galway were charging at the start of the year.

It doesn't include friendlies*. Rovers have 18 league games next year so the saving on the reserved seating is 60 and on unreserved seating is 70. (Members discounts not included)
*The line that indictes this, and made me laugh out loud at the same time, is, "Season Ticket holders will also have priority access to Cup tickets, as well as to tickets for European & Friendly matches"

They're the cup specialists.
Went up to Saratoga, where my horse naturally won.
Yeah, my first season ticket was for Harolds Cross. First one in Richmond was miles better...

Not sure whats funny about it considering the financial difficulties some clubs may be in in the next few seasons, It seems very possible Rovers could be in Europe in a few seasons, seems to be a definate hint of jealously against Rovers lately...I can see why and obviously thats a sign of things are looking up for Rovers. I can't think of a better run club in the league at the moment, scoff all you want, but the omens are good for the hoops unlike the "BIG CLUB".
Well the season ticket is for next year only, and there won't be any european games. Thats why its funny.
Good luck with the sales

He hee he. Well we won't be going cap in hand to Rovers anyway. We'd be going to South Dublin County Council, like everyone else who wants to use it.
BTW is there no terracing in the new stadium?
