I thought Emmett Ryan was going back to Town?
How did you find Muiris Walsh and the rest of the committee

Muiris is a top man and knows his stuff and always travelled to the games and supported the team through thick and thin. Its the other members and so called fans like Paddy Turner ,Tony Scully etc who constantly abuse players from the sidelines. I have heard some awful abuse in my time at big Town games. The worst was when Aaron Moroney was playing for Michaels the abuse he got that day was unreal can't believe he went back to Town after that.
Emmet played a few pre-season games for Town as they lacked a striker but he not fit enough and wouldn't train for Town so he back at The Bridge

    Bridge are back!!!

Good win at weekend for Old Bridge at home to Cahir, won 4-1, had four different scorers and had 3 players missing. Cahir were awful though and anyone that was at the match would totally agree they could be in trouble this year.
Cahir/Bansha and Rosegreen to go down???

Wilderness Rvs are a very good side.
If they don't go up this season, I think it will only be a matter of time!

wilderness borris and cashel are 3 decent sides all the other teams are only average so it will definatly be between these 3 for promotion. poor result for saints today drawing with bansha in the premier

Bansha were very unlucky not to beat Saints. Were by far the better side and made all the best chances. Bansha also had 5 players playing who had just finished a county Footbal 1/4 Final an Hour before kick-off!. Also ref was awfull. Hows dues a Tipp Town Ref end up being a ref in a sanits home game???

i would have to disagree i thought saints missed a bag of goals today however i would agree its a bad result and these draws will kill them,in fairness every ref in the league is poor, town were in cup action won well, did villa beat bridge, who done scoring, any match report?

cant believe any1 who was at the game culd think that michaels should have won. they were terrible. no spirit in that dressing room. villa won four nil heard a guy they signed from borris got a hat trick, presume its dan graham. and if town dont lose a game to saints then yes, its over already

    League is Over

Saints will have to win all remaining games in the League and then beat Town home and away. Town will have to drop points at some stage so theres always hope. Town are level on points at the moment with Saints but have 2 games in hand. It aint over until the 50 stone woman sing's!

I don't know what game Hooper 74 was watching but the Bansha Keeper only had 2 saves to make all game. Saints management spent 20 mins after the game on the pitch ranting at the players about only 4 or 5 training. So Ronburgundy's comment about team spirit is spot on. Think Peake Villa will push Town more then Saints.

i felt saints had the lions share of ossession but when it came to the final third it broke down, they will have to take 4 points off town now,but paul tobin will be a big boost and a fully fit again paul breen, long winter ahead, barry ryan and david maher scored for villa, who is david maher?

To be fair, this is the same for most teams at the moment. I would say that nearly all the teams in the Premier League are finding it difficult to get large numbers training twice a week, due to work committments, college etc. And it has been like that for some time now.

To be fair Saints always spend about 15 mins on pitch after a game home or away they have a chat or get a bollocking depending on the result followed by a warm down!

do you think directly after a game is the right time to have a go,talk, criticise players??there maybe tempers etc.. raised and things said may not be meant as they would be in the heat of the moment,if it was left until training to talk about what happens and constructively give criticism and recieve feedback, plus it would not be in the publics eye and in a private setting??????

Maybe i used the word bollocking out of context! Its a good time to discuss the match because its fresh in the mind, i know sometimes after a poor result all you want to do is go into the dressing room and forget about it. At least this way the mistakes that were made can be brought up and hopefully people will learn from them. I SAID HOPEFULLY!

    Celtic league fixtures

This was on the Clonmel Celtic webpage giving out about fixtures
"After Sunday Celtic will have completed half our league games. That’s right, just over a month into a 9 month league season we have half our games played! Surely the fixture secretary has some questions to answer rather than constantly pandering to the big two. We live in a democracy; there are more than 2 teams in the TSDL so please stop scheduling fixtures to suit these two"

What is there problem. Michaels, Villa, Cahir and Rosegreen have all played 7 games. Bridge and Bansha have palyed six. The reson Town have only played five games is that, the home game against Rock was called off due to Cyril Flaherty's death and Town played in the Munster Junior Cup Preliminary round last Sunday. Also out of there five league games, Town have played only one at home. That is hardly favouritism!!
