SIX (6) teams fined for submitting their team sheet late! What happened?

I don't remember any fines for that before so it seems a bit odd to have SIX (6) of them one go.
Five teams, I think, Shamrock got stung twice. About time the league started clamping down on this particular transgression. The rule has been in place for years and yet teams have continually breached it with impunity, sometimes through sheer administrative negligence, sometimes by playing silly buggers.
A child throws a gobstopper sweet onto the pitch and we get fined €500:rolleyes:. Yet Harps throw something on the pitch and only get fined €100?:confused:
I presume now the FAI running the league they are going to use fines as the stick to beat clubs into submission in effort to make the league more professional bit by bit. Late team sheet fine should increase 100 euro each time until club gets the message.Quote:

How did the FAI know which set of fans set off the flares?! :rolleyes: considering Shels were in an undesignated part of the ground where both sets of fans could mingle!
