Here's An Idea For You Joe
I was having a go off my friends Sky Digital TV and had heard so much about this "Big Brother" thing on E4 that I decided to check it out. It was amazing! I could choose from 4 different camera views. Live coverage of a deck chair, two hour delayed coverage of a deck chair and four hour delayed coverage of a deck chair. I can't remember what the fourth camera was covering or if there even was a fourth camera view.
It struck me that if such viewing could be compulsory to many thousands then maybe you could mount a few cameras in Turners Cross which could provide live and delayed coverage of the ground developments there.
What do you think?
Peadar.
No Planning Permission Required
It would be classed as a temporary structure and I'm sure a permit would suffice. Even then I'm not sure that would be necessary as this would be just like installing security cameras and I haven't heard of planning permission being required for them.
I know what it is, too much work involved and the fact that you'd actually have to go down to the cross ;)

Get Out Of The Scratcher And Have A Look At The Cross
I want to know what the latest is on the ground development and what type of shadows this structure will cast on the playing area.
I need to know so badly :(
No Rain On The Finnish Plain
They have 24 hours of daylight and AFAIK they weather is very good this time of year. I hope!
Joe's through the keyhole look at the developments
and now having seen the pics from the site Joe I'm left to wonder was it worth it.
and Peadar need not worry either...
Joe dont give up the day job ;)
Turn Your Attention Why Don't You!
I can't believe that I'm now the person everyone is picking on.
I haven't given up my day job either.
There's a made thunder storm over here.
The Bohs lads must be able to see it from Tallinn too.
Joe your pictures are very arty!
The first one is very abstract.
I'm just a plain old grass roots football snapper.
The roof is going to look so funny over that side.
The cross is begining to resemble a patchwork quilt more each week.
Can someone go out and get me a burger?
I'm Lee Marvin.
Wise Move By MFA/CCFC So Then
Adding extra cover to the seated areas in Turners Cross will be needed more when we begin non-winter football. Why can't they just show the games on Sky Sports and then we can all stay in the pub to watch the games. It has to be better than sitting in a cold wet football ground. Anyone I know who takes the Sky Sports option on a Sunday afternoon is an expert on all things football! Could this be where we're going wrong?
