Here's An Idea For You Joe

I was having a go off my friends Sky Digital TV and had heard so much about this "Big Brother" thing on E4 that I decided to check it out. It was amazing! I could choose from 4 different camera views. Live coverage of a deck chair, two hour delayed coverage of a deck chair and four hour delayed coverage of a deck chair. I can't remember what the fourth camera was covering or if there even was a fourth camera view.
It struck me that if such viewing could be compulsory to many thousands then maybe you could mount a few cameras in Turners Cross which could provide live and delayed coverage of the ground developments there.

    What do you think?

    Peadar.

    No Planning Permission Required

It would be classed as a temporary structure and I'm sure a permit would suffice. Even then I'm not sure that would be necessary as this would be just like installing security cameras and I haven't heard of planning permission being required for them.

I know what it is, too much work involved and the fact that you'd actually have to go down to the cross

Get Out Of The Scratcher And Have A Look At The Cross

I want to know what the latest is on the ground development and what type of shadows this structure will cast on the playing area.
I need to know so badly

    Raining?

    How badly is it raining?
Floods type rain or Irish summer type rain?
It climbed to 28 here today.

    Cool Cork Rain?

Drizzle was never considered rain as far as I remember in Cork!

Only when raods vbecome impassable & Oliver Plunkett St is under a couple of feet is that Real Mens Rain!!!!

Sure tis probably just a soft day?

    meteorological terms!

I'm travelling to within a couple of hundred kilometers of the Artic Circle next week so I'm after brushing up on my meteorological terms.
Funny though "****ing rain" wasn't among them

While I like the idea of cameras keeping us up to date, I believe it would be better if Joe simply sat in the Shed for the rest of the summer and give us half hourly updates including specials such as interviews with builders etc etc.
This is your chance to show your dedication Joe, you owe it to the rest of us.

Hey Joe, don't forget to bring the webcams with you. And you should order the leased line while you're at it. Just set aside ten grand for the moment, that should get you started.

Geez, poor Joe - rough day at the office. Lay off the lad, he's doing his best, although I notice his building report isn't in yet...
