It was four decisions. Two offsides and two handballs. The penalty was an obvious dive. Maybe he was hoping a better opportunity to ease France through would come along at that stage of the game. He didn't see the handball and he wasn't told anything by his linesman. All he saw was the ball go in the net. He's seen nothing to think it was illegal. What is he expected to do?
