It'll mostly be made up of senior reserve sides. All premier clubs must enter a team and first division clubs are encouraged to do so. I don't think the numbers are entirely settled but apparently it'll be run on a North South split.
According to Genesis, the (total) number of sides entered is supposed be be variable, depending on how many clubs wish to enter - Genesis says between 20 and 30 - so even with every Premier club entering along with maybe 2 or 3 1st Division clubs, there's still plenty of room for new sides.Quote:

i think new dublin clubs are needed in the new lower leagues to keep underage players in the country.there is only four eircom league dublin clubs that they can join.
