OK, that was bad. Couldn't make it past about 30 seconds.
But it was The Monkees. So, um, what did you expect?
Ernold Same by Blur
Dig For Fire by Pixies, Femme Fetale by Velvet Underground & Nico
Isn't Sandinista version just a version re-done by someone else though?
It doesn't really count so.
U2 - Still havent found what Im looking for
Oasis - Little James (enough said)
Radiohead - Karma Police
Blur - MOR
Ya, as crap as Little James is, I'm still unconvinced asto any competitors to Kokomo?
Happy Mondays - Monkey in the Family
2nd track on the majorly disappointing "Yes Please" Album.
The lyrics on this track were strongest indication that the superhuman quantities of "Rock" (crack cocaine) that Shaun Ryder was putting away during the recording of the album was no exaggeration.
They'd become a drug band with a music habit.
Jesus how did I forget about "How Can I Protect You" by Alabama 3 (featuring vile sample from vile Aslans vile 'Crazy World').
I love A3 but man they deserve a good kicking for that.
