Its awful, but most of the time I end up sending messages to everyone except the person I am trying to send it too. Tried to leave it at home, but then there was the trouble of ringing for taxis.... and others with no crdt or dead batteriesQuote:

I used to think it was a great idea to ring ex girlfriends or possible future girlfriends at 4 in the morning.Quote:

I've had so much trouble from sending drunken texts and I just can't help myself. Its like an automatic reaction to send messages when I'm hammered.
LOL, one of the best ive heard, future girlfriends ah well, that is the best one, or those birds that you slyly get their number off someone else when ****ed and start txtn/ringing them with the most stupid txts ever, thinking you are just being friendly and thinkin they will just think the same!!! tis even worse when you wake them up/their sober and just say ah sure i just thought id give ye a ring to see how ur getting on.Quote:

The best bit about it all is that it seems like a great idea at the time. You think to yourself that you are a genius and that the other person will think the same:eek: The worst i ever done was drink a litre and a half of Vodka in the space of an hour and then proceed to ring my boss at 3am on a Sunday night / Monday morning. To this day i have no idea whether i actually spoke to him or not but when i woke up the following morning and discovered several dialled numbers that i shouldn't have dilalled i just took my sim card out of the phone and put it in another and pretended that my phone was stolen. When i met the boss he just looked at me and said " you were looking for me the other night " and my answer was that my phone had been pinched and somebody was making prank calls off it.He just smiled and said that some drunken fool had rang him and that he couldn't make sence of what they were saying so he turned his handset off.
Now i don't hold any important no.s on my phone and i never bring it out.
how did you know that, if the phone had been stolen ;) mustnt be the brightest boss.Quote:

in australia vodafone have introduced a barring system that runs from 10 - 8 in the morning , and you can bar calling 5 numbers, its a good idea in a way. but what in the case of emergency etc?
wiseguy, about not holding important numbers, what do you do when you need that IMPORTANT number.
The only time i need these important numbers would be when i am working and i always have my organiser with me during work hours.Quote:
