Come on now, describing that as an "economics lecture" is violating every description code.
whoops that waas a copy and paste error, meant for an email to an actuary mate, who is even more obnoxious and self-righteous than geysir, but in fairess he has the substance to back it up and is a very smart lad.
geysir i hardly think you are in a position to be commenting, an Irishman in Iceland ;-)
But if you do want to learn something about economics, ill be sure to educate you.
I'm a humble man of great integrity and free of debt, just like John O'Shea. Are you sure you could educate me in economics?
how come you didnt catch it when you edited the post the first time? You would have had to scroll down through the whole post to get to the relevant bit. How can you copy and paste an email into a post in error and then proceed to write a post and view it without noticing?
he'll never be the main man at United but despite the temptation to give him a good shaking in his mid-twenties, what he's achieved at a club like United must be respected - all the while never getting a run in what I'd classify as his best position, centre-half. Kudos Mr JOSH, kudos.
He's been playing well of late. Makes good money and wins things. I'd be happy with a career like that.
And I knew a Paul O'Shea who lived in Chicago for a while. They sounds oddly similar! If its the same person then he's slightly odd but fundamentally decent fella and that's not a bad thing.
Well the average Irishman would be happy with that, more so the average Icelandic, so for an Irishman in Iceland, thats a very healthy position. I hope none of that debt free status was tied up in Landsbanki though :) As a matter of interest how did you vote on that? Were you in the 58% who said no, as I assume you are a taxpayer there, to paying back the £3bn or so that was invested by the dutch, english etc?
Haha, looks like the kernel or my arguement was also the findings of the finnish IMF "expert" http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/...28.html?via=mr
I would have charged them a lot less mind :)
introducing John O'Shea, the highest paid Irish athlete.
More than Padraig Harrington? Not sure about that.
edit: I guess it excludes endorsements so that makes sense
read the article. It explains it.
POSH you need to start thinking about your 10,000th post. It needs to be something bold, historical and witty. A real Kuan Yew Lee job. Most of all, you must rally the troops here. Too much anti POSH lately. You have a great opportunity though. My liver will explode long before my 10,000th. (perhaps mercifully.)
John O'Shea playing left back today for United
Presumably to stifle Coleman.
Fabio played left back, O'Shea right.
Picked up a knock and went off just after half time. Hopefully it's nothing serious.
edit: nope, Fabio played right back the entire match.
You watched that pretty quickly. He went off injured having played well.
Yeah, I have this PVR thing that lets me fast forward through most of the match. In injury time now. Next up the Liverpool game.

He's top of the pops is our Johno. unless they're talking about yer man from GOAL? ;)
Been done, however looking at that again... Jesper Gronkjaer is Greenlandish?
And to think I thought he was just a plain ol dane.
That's all well and good Danny, but could he play for Gibraltar? That woulda p*ssed the Danes off real good.
interesting... I'd say people in india should start knocking a ball about... and if that's the top sporting salary in Vietnam... hmmn i guess i could live there comfortably.
O'Shea captain for the night, his first in the Champions League. Well deserved.
O'Shea captaining United tonight against Schalke.
Do keep up, Danny :D
How many times has he captained United before? Are you sure he hasn't done so on at least one occasion in Europe prior to tonight?
O'Shea in the Kilbane role tonight.
