You are right, of course. Redeveloping the stadium will take time.
There is no reason why toilets couldn't be sorted out for next season though, even a temporary cover for the away section should be straightforward.

Absolutely there are probably things they could do straight away, but even laying out the plans for what they were going to build commencing Nov17 to be ready for 2018 season would be motivational for both supporters and sponsors. nice to see your concern for us traveling hoops in the rain : )
