Saturday 24th March KO 3.00pm
All pints €3 from 2.30pm - 6.00pm

And how would one become a member???:D :D
Moscow I would recommend you head there. Its Dalymount Park. Not far from town at all and not far from Croke Park either. Real football crowd will be there too and you will help support Bohemian Football Club. Its located in Phibsbrough. Check it out on Google Maps but its walkable from the city centre or the 19 will get you up there too.
so are the bars in Croker definately not gonna be open on Saturday then?
The Members Bar is not members only on matchdays by the way, in case that's how it came across.
Good pint in Dalymount !stroll down the canal and its all over !Heaven (and of course 3 points)! All non Bohs fans welcome !The pint is worth it!
why is it a UEFA ruling? you can get pints in Anfield, and we all saw yer man struggling to carry 6 pints on a tray at the San Marino game!
Anyone at the Derry City UEFA Cup game in Goteborg will have seen the hilarious consequences of this rule when the UEFA match official stopped the refreshment stand serving beer after 10mins of the game (as evidenced by a sign saying "Beer sales prohibited on order of UEFA", whereupon the enterprising Swedes scrawled "but we still have cider" in handwriting underneath.
Apparently the UEFA match delegate was unaware cider contained alcohol (I think he thought it was Cidona-type stuff) and the 300 Derry fans tucked into pint after pint of Kopperbergs Pear Cider.
Bluetonic, surprised there is an exemption for premium areas? Would have thought this wouldn't pass equality legislation (eg in UK grounds no-alcohol rule is in place in boxes and premium areas when the game is on, adherence is a different matter!).
If its nice weather I'll defo be out the back of Meagher, as is usual procedure for Dubs games. Quinns is only for boggers!:p
Yeah can confirm Anfield serve alcohol for Premiership but not for CL.......which might explain a lot
And how would you know????:D :D
The Big Tree it is so guys...???
Cat and Cage for me. Anywhere nearer Croker will be too cramped. Space to sit down and have a pint and a bit of nosh.
may give kavanghs on dorset street a stop...grand wee pub which never gets too jammed as there a number of pubs closer to croker...
On the Drumcondra road about 200 yeards from Fagans.
Official word is The Big Tree from 1130am onwards, and that's where the famous flag ;) will be...........

Headn here........COME ON YE BOYZ!!!!
Jurys hotel is not a bad spot for a drink. Bar area is quite big and obviously as its the closest pub to the ground you can get more beer into you. Was there for yesterdays game and while busy, quicker service than a lot of pubs in the area.
I hope the pints are better than the muck they serve in Ballsbridge. Went there last time for spares (yes for San Marino) instead of our usual Paddy Cullens and was very sorry that I did. Ended up switching my choice of drinks twice thinking everything couldn't be equally as muck, but I was wrong. Had a Guinness in Dohenys afterwards to remind myself why I drink.
Goes down as probably the worse bar I've been in Dublin including my old college bar which is saying something.
Madigans on O'Connell street not bad pub and only 10 minute walk to stadium, have afew there and walk to Croker from there!
