I think Charles sounds like a smashing lad. You have to applaud not just him but his family being distressed about having all this money sitting in the bank waiting for you!
Have no hesitation giving him your CC details and while you're at it give him your bank account number too. Send him your passport for verifaction on his side that YOU are not scamming the Namibiam Bank and also forward your PPS number. And then just sit back and wait for the big cardboard cheque!!!!
