YouTube is blocked here so I've no idea which goals have been mentioned, but my fav goals of all time are....
Long Shot...... Gerrard V Olympiakos
Beating Players.... LeTissear V Newcastle
Moment of brilliance.... DiCanio for West Ham V Wimbledon
Technique.... Zidane in Champions League Final (about 2001) at Hamden Park
Can I also mention a goal scored by a former Linfield player.
It was about 8 or 9 years ago. Stephen Collier our Right Back, got the ball around the half way line. He went on a run skinned one player then got fouled with by the next, but got passed him with the ball, he got fouled by the next but still got passed him with the ball, skinned the last one at the edge of the box and hit a right foot shot that hit the top corner of the net.
Unfortunately there is no video of it, but it was a truely smashing goal.
There was another goal for Linfield, Lee Feeney volleyed from about 35 years into the top corner against Crusaders at Seaview.
Tony Gorman hit two 30+ yard free kicks in the back of the net like bullets against Coleraine 7 years or so ago at Windsor when we won 3-0.
Long shots can be aesthetically pleasing but there is always an element of luck to them really , I like team worked goals ala Carlos Alberto
But i love smart finishes like Bergkamps vs Newcastle a few years ago and Robbie Keanes for Coventry against Arsenal in 1999 , its here about a minute in
