If they were going to sell it for flats they've missed the boat. There's enough unoccupied flats aroud the place.
after the match last night we went to Peter Clarkes last night which is a nice quiet pub..For the time being theres a strong chance it could be our temporary home unless things change in the future.. Oh by the way I was talkin to Alan Kellys brother in Spiral Tree last night after the match!!:eek:

Pity about John Joes alright. Still time waits for no man etc so maybe a refurbishment isnt a bad idea?
