Of course, even though the English Premiership doesn't kick off for almost two weeks, they haven't failed to make sure that page is updated.

I contacted rte last season and asked can they please stop starting off their sportsnews with english matches, esp on the day when irish games are taking place and also to stop referring to 'the premier lge' as the english version, oh and their flagship sat night progamme is still called 'the premiership' this a year after the brand name changed to premier lge.

ps this has got to be the most annoying of all time, when people at work etc talk about the english premier lge as their very own domestic teams, then the ulitmate contradiction whenever england play an international match
