really! well i'll have to google pronto. people compare them to my bloody valentine which i can see but they're more like the california band Medicine from the 90s to me. very over-driven sound. princess tinymeat. there's something very obscene about that name.Quote:

I'd say you'd like Black Lung. In particular, their album "The Coming Dark Age." Sort of like Herbst9, only with d&b mixed in for good measure.
great, again: thanks. gonna sniff them out now. seeing you mention that they have d&b mixed in - do you like the artist Burial? he's an electronic style called dubstep which i'm really uninformed about but has been getting lots of ink!
Just listening to Burial's self-titled album now, thanks to your question. Hadn't heard of him/them(?) before. There's some very good stuff on there; interesting rhythms. Some of the vocal samples are a bit dubious though.
